Langkah - langkah untuk ber-GPS ria dengan modem ini adalah :
1. Install software 3G Watcher yang non GPS

3. Tekan Tools>MP Physical Interface Lalu pilih option USB

2. Ketika ditanya “Connect or power on your Garmin GPS receiver”. Klik “Done”
3. Klik “Skip” ketika melakukan scanning untuk perangkat GPS Receiver dan konfirm “Yes” pada box pesan ”Are you sure…”
4. Pergi ke Settings -> About dan tulis “Device ID” anda
5. Buka file keygennya dan ketik “Device ID” anda pada kolom “Unit ID”
6. Pilih “Garmin Mobile PC” dalam kolom drop-down “Software Product” dan tekan tombol “Generate”
7. Lalu buka notepad dan tekan CTRL+V sehingga muncul suatu angka (kunci meng-unlock perangkat)). Lalu simpan file tersebut dengan nama SW.UNL (huruf besar semua dan tolong diperhatikan ekstensinya harus *.UNL jangan *.txt)
8. Simpan file tersebut kedalam folder C:\GarminMobilePC. Lalu exit GMPC
9. Download map peta indonesia terbaru di http://www.navigasi.net/goptd.php. Pilih tipe file GMAPSUPP.
10. Install file [GPAv0.66u]navigasi.net. Lalu copy dan paste GMAPSUPP.img kedalam folder C:\GarminMobilePC
11. Untuk meng-unlock mapnya, pada window keygen, pilih “” di kolom “Select Map Product”
12. Masukkan map idnya 4876 (ada caranya untuk mengetahui map id…agak ribet caranya…harus melakukan konversi dari HEX ke DES….kalo mau tau contact saya aja…)
13. Tekan tombol “Generate”
14. Lalu buka notepad dan tekan CTRL+V sehingga muncul suatu angka (kunci meng-unlock). Lalu simpan file tersebut dengan nama GMAPSUPP.UNL (huruf besar semua dan tolong diperhatikan ekstensinya harus *.UNL jangan *.txt)

16. Jalankan GMPC, pastikan tidak trial lagi. Kl masih trial proses settingnya ada yang salah
17. Buka GPS Monitor trus tekan Play untuk mencari satelit. Display di GPS monitor adalah session started, waiting for fix. Ini artinya lagi pencarian satelit dulu untuk di lock.
18. Untuk melihat jumlah satelit yang telah ditangkap, buka GMPC. Trus tekan tombol satelit di ujung kanan atas. Klik “GPS Info”
19. Satelit yang ditangkap harus lebih dari 8 buah kl belum dapat maka coba bawa laptopmu ke luar rumah (harus didaerah langit terbuka baru bisa melock satelitnya)
20. Setelah satelitnya di lock, baru deh bisa ber-GPS di rumah (masuk kerumah lagi lah…panas kan diluar….sambil duduk santai di kursi!!!)
21. Untuk melihat keberadaan anda, buka GMPC lalu tekan icon “View Map”. Scroll deh….agar layarnya gak blank hitam!!!

4. Tekan Tombol Hijau + Merah + Camera + Power berbarengan dan tahan sampai keluar Update Utility

Flashdisk seperti hanya berfungsi sebagai media storage, misalnya menyimpan document, .mp3, atau .3gp

Step 1: Apakah komputer Anda bisa booting dari USB?

Untuk memeriksa apakah komputer Anda bisa booting dari USB, perhatikan catatan ini:
1. Periksa dari Setup BIOS pada "Advanced BIOS Settings", biasanya ada pilihan "boot sequence menu" atau
pilihan yang serupa dengan itu. Masing-masing BIOS yang terpasang di motherboard memiliki menu yang
berbeda-beda. Silakan merujuk pada buku panduan motherboard yang biasanya disertakan.
2. Kalau BIOS belum mendukung, silakan lakukan update BIOS. Biasanya, pada motherboard keluaran baru
selalu mendukung feature "boot from USB".

Lakukan test apakah komputer Anda sudah bisa booting dari USB:
1. Format flashdisk dari Windows, dengan format NTFS/FAT32
Anda bisa menggunakan tool HPFormatTool yang bisa memformat flashdisk dari Start Menu.
3. Shutdown komputer.
4. Hubungkan USB drive tanpa HUB. Masukkan flash disk langsung di CPU, tanpa bantuan kabel.
5. Disconnect hardisk (cabut kabel IDE/SATA dan power dari motherboard)
6. Nyalakan komputer
7. Setup BIOS dan cobalah melakukan booting dari USB Drive. Jika BIOS tidak berhasil menemukan drive
dengan AutoDetect, tidaklah masalah. Yang penting BIOS sudah bisa booting dari USB Drive.
8. Shutdown komputer, hubungkan kembali hardisk seperti semula, dan cabut flashdisk dari CPU
9. Restart komputer

2. Copy file CAB SDK ke desktop
3. Start > Run > ketik: "cmd.exe /k cd desktop" (tanpa tanda petik) > OK/Enter

1. Bukalah File Notepad.
2. Drag-drop file yang akan diedit ke dalam Notepad.

3. Atur BIOS untuk menjadi USB Drive sebagai "first boot device"
4. Masukkan USB drive tanpa HUB (tanpa kabel, langsung dari flashdisk ke CPU)
5. Restart
Windows biasanya akan menampilkan pesan error:
1. "Driver not certified" <-- pilih YES.
Ini terjadi karena file-file di dalam CD instalasi sudah ada yang diubah
2. "PageFile not found"
6. Install.

Setelah berhasil, shutdown komputer. Pasang lagi USB drive. Cobalah di rumah. ;op

Postscript:

Sekarang Anda dapat menggunakan Flashdisk tersebut sebagai operating system Windows XP SP 2.
Meskipun tidak semua motherboard mendukung "booting from USB Drive", setidaknya flashdisk itu bisa
dijalankan di Pentium 4.
Tentunya Anda mengerti mengapa flashdisk yang bisa menjalankan Windows XP SP 2 sangat membantu.
Anda dapat menyelesaikan "system errors" yang biasa terjadi, seperti:
1. Password login tidak bisa dibuka
2. Virus bersarang di %SystemDrive% dan harus dibersihkan
3. Ingin mengcopy file di hardisk tetapi system error
4. Atau justru melakukan kebalikan nomor 1, 2, dan 3, yaitu: sengaja menghapus file agar Windows di hardisk
tidak bisa booting, ingin menginjeksikan virus, atau mengambil file tanpa sepengetahuan pemilik. ;p

How to Recover and Reset Gmail (Google Account) Password

Occasionally Google Gmail user may want to reset the password which used to login into the Gmail account via web, POP3 and IMAP as the original password has been forgotten, or misplaced. Gmail credentials integrates and bases on Google Account. So changing the password for Gmail will also change the password for the associated Google Account.

In order to reset and change the password of Gmail and corresponding Google Account with the affected Gmail email address, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://mail.google.com/ (related: other Gmail URLs).
2. Click on I cannot access my account link.
3. Click on radio button of I forgot my password, and then click on password recovery page link (or you can go directly to the link above).
4. Enter the username for the Gmail or Google Account in the field provided.
5. Enter the captcha letters as shown in the image on screen.
6. If you never login to the Gmail for the previous 24 hours, a secret question as set in the Google Account will be presented. Answer the question with a correct answer in order to be able to reset the password.

   If you’re unable to answer your security question and the account has a secondary email address configured, a link will appear at the bottom of the secret question results page. Clicking on the link will has a password reset email message sent to the secondary email mailbox. After receiving the email, follow the link to reset the password.

   If you have login to Gmail in the preceding 24 hours period, the password reset email will be sent immediately instead. Follow the link to reset the password. If you don’t have a secondary email address, or if you no longer have access to that account, repeat the steps above after 5 days. At that point, you’ll be able to reset your password by answering the security question you provided when you created your account.

7. If you cannot remember the answer to secret question, cannot answer the secret question correctly and do not receive password reset email in secondary email account, try to contact Google for help.
